"Keeps going down and I got tired of trying"
I really wanted this to work, but the site kept going down on me over and over. Sometimes the pages would take forever to load, like I’d click something and just sit there waiting, and other times I’d end up with an error instead of the page I was trying to open. I thought maybe it was just a one-time thing or maybe my connection was acting up, so I tried again a few different times on different days, but it kept happening. After a while, it was just too frustrating to keep messing with it. For me, it’s not reliable enough to use regularly.

I gave weronthenet.com a try, it just didn’t feel like good value to me. For what I paid, the service felt basic, and I came away thinking customers should really get more for their money.
Maybe it works better for other people, but in my case it felt overpriced. I wouldn’t pay for it again unless they either lower the cost or improve what’s included, because it only feels right to charge fairly for what you’re actually offering.

"More hassle than I expected"
I thought weronthenet.com would be a bit smoother, honestly. The site itself was fine, I guess. Nothing too confusing at first. But then I had a question, and support took longer than I expected. When they did reply, it didn’t really clear things up much. Some of the info on the site felt kind of vague too, so I kept going back and checking things on my own. A little annoying. It did work out in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. Just... more effort than I wanted to deal with.

"Ordering was way more frustrating than expected"
I tried to place an order, i kept thinking, why is this so complicated? The pages weren’t very clear, and I found myself clicking around trying to figure out what to do next. At one point I was basically like, should I just give up? I eventually got through it, but the whole process felt way harder than it needed to be.

"Pricing felt unclear and no one really took ownership"
I used weronthenet.com the biggest issue for me was the pricing. At first glance it seemed fine, but once I started going through the process, I didn’t feel like the costs were explained clearly enough.

I ended up clicking around and asking questions just to figure out what I’d actually be paying. What made it more frustrating was that nobody really seemed to take ownership of the answer — it felt like I was being passed around instead of getting a straight explanation.

"Managing my account was kind of a pain 😕"

"Delivery left me frustrated"
I ordered from them once and, the delivery was a bit of a pain. The date kept getting pushed back, and the tracking wasn’t much help, so I ended up having to chase for updates myself. It did eventually arrive, but it was late enough that I already needed the item by then. Not the end of the world, just really annoying, and I probably wouldn’t use them again if I needed something on time.

I had to file a complaint the whole process was frustrating. The replies took a while and when I did get a response, it didn’t really help or give me a clear answer. I ended up feeling like I was going in circles. Has anyone else had the same issue with their complaint being handled this way?

The customer service wasn’t helpful at all. I asked what seemed like a simple question, but the replies I got were vague and didn’t really answer anything. It started to feel like once they had my payment, they didn’t care much about helping me anymore. I just got the impression they wanted to brush me off instead of actually fixing the issue. Really frustrating experience...

I was really disappointed with the support after I paid. Before the sale, everything seemed fine, but once I needed help, it felt like they just vanished. "Payment was SUCH a hassle"
I tried paying on We R Memory Keepers it was just annoying. The checkout page kept loading weird, and I couldn’t tell if my payment actually went through or not. There was no clear message, no quick update, nothing — just me sitting there WAITING and guessing. I really don’t like entering my card details when the payment page feels that messy. Definitely not a good experience for me.
